Understand the earnings before you join
Delivery work of this kind is usually paid per delivery or against a daily target, not as a fixed monthly salary. The ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 figure in the advertisement is what a rider can earn, so before you join ask these three questions:
- Is the payment a fixed monthly salary, a rate per delivery, or a mix of the two?
- How many deliveries a day does the stated earning assume?
- Is fuel and vehicle maintenance reimbursed? You are using your own two wheeler, and in the islands that cost adds up over a month.
Also note that the hiring is by Pranee Tours and Travels as a delivery partner. Your employment relationship will be with them, not with Flipkart directly.
Keep your driving licence, PAN card and Aadhaar card ready when you call. No genuine employer asks for a registration or joining fee – if a fee is asked for at any stage, do not pay it.
