SIR orders
The Election Commission told the Supreme Court that all three SIR orders, issued in June 2025, October 2025 and May 2026, were approved unanimously by the Commission.
Article 324 deals with the Election Commission.

Form 6

RBI data centre
PM Modi inaugurated the Reserve Bank of India’s new backup data centre and a cybersecurity training institute near Bhubaneswar on 25 October.
RBI’s primary data centre is at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
CBAM dispute
Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal criticised the EU’s carbon border tax (CBAM) at the India-Netherlands Business Forum, while Dutch minister Sjoerd Sjoerdsma called it essential for Paris climate goals.
CBAM stands for Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism.
