Image to PDF – Combine Certificates into One File

Most application portals want your certificates as a single PDF, often under a size limit. Photograph them, put them in order, and combine them here.

Nothing Is Uploaded

The PDF is assembled inside your browser. Your mark sheets and certificates are never sent to this website or anywhere else, and nothing is stored. That matters — these are documents carrying your name, date of birth and roll numbers, and they should not be passing through a stranger’s server.

Photographing Documents Properly

• Lay the certificate flat on a plain surface in daylight. Avoid direct tube light, which throws a glare across lamination.
• Hold the camera directly above the page, not at an angle — a skewed photograph looks like a photocopy of a photocopy by the time it reaches the verifying officer.
• Keep the whole page inside the frame, including the seal and the signature at the bottom. A cropped corner is the most common reason a document is sent back.
• Check the text is readable when you zoom in before you add it here.

Order and Size

Arrange the pages in the sequence the notification lists them — usually matriculation certificate first, then higher qualifications, then caste or category certificate, then experience. Use the arrows to move a page up or down before creating the file.

If the portal caps the upload size, type that figure into the box. The tool compresses in steps until the whole PDF fits, and tells you if it cannot get there — in which case remove a page and upload the rest separately.
